“Heavy” is a conversation with my old ways and younger days. Alluring, exciting, and comfortable - an old friend who is always down for another round. “Heavy” is acceptance and fondness of who you’ve been while embracing who you’re becoming — surrendering to nonlinear progress and growth.

“Heavy” is part of my story and if it feels like part of yours too, then I hope you feel less alone and a little more strong by listening.
